1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using RPlay software ("Software") or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
2. License Grant
2.1 Free Tier (RPlay Core Personal)
RPlay grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the free version of RPlay Core for personal or commercial use, subject to the following:
- Limited to 5 concurrent sessions
- Includes RPlay Chat and RPlay Forms applications
- Full API access for development purposes
2.2 Professional License (RPlay for Outlook)
Upon purchase of a Professional license (€99 one-time fee):
- You receive a perpetual license to use RPlay for Outlook
- License is for a single user
- Includes all future updates
- 30-day money-back guarantee
2.3 Enterprise License
Enterprise licenses are governed by separate agreements. Contact us for details.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices
- Redistribute the Software without authorization
- Use the Software for any unlawful purpose
- Share license keys or circumvent licensing mechanisms
4. AI Output Disclaimer
Important: RPlay uses AI models that may produce inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate outputs. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before use.
Specifically for healthcare applications:
- RPlay and MedGemma are tools to assist medical professionals
- They do NOT replace professional medical judgment
- All AI outputs must be reviewed by qualified healthcare professionals
- Do not use for diagnosis or treatment decisions without human oversight
5. Intellectual Property
RPlay and associated trademarks, logos, and content are owned by RPlay or its licensors. The Software incorporates open-source components; their licenses are available in the application.
6. Data and Privacy
RPlay processes data locally on your device. We do not collect, access, or store your AI interactions. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RPLAY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
9. Termination
We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease using and delete the Software.
10. Updates and Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Belgium.
